A little bit salty and a little bit sweet—this granola is the perfect mix! Add it to a bowl of yogurt and you’ve got a healthy and delicious breakfast.

Ingredients:
-6 cups large-flake oats
-2 cups pecan halves, optional
-1/2 cup each sunflower seeds and pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
-2 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1/2 cup maple syrup
-2 tsp vanilla
-3/4 cup each dried cranberries and chopped dried apricots
